Orina Intelligence

Software that reads a company's financial statements and drafts a full strategic analysis in hours instead of weeks. It is being built now, it is not available yet, and when it is, a consultant will still sign off every report before it reaches a client.

Why we are building it

The analysis is not the hard part. The time is.

A proper strategic review means reading three years of statements, calculating two dozen ratios, benchmarking against the industry, checking which schemes the unit qualifies for, and tracking what competitors have announced. Done by hand, that is three to four weeks before anyone has formed an opinion.

Most of it is mechanical. Ratios do not need judgement, they need arithmetic. Scheme eligibility is a matching problem. Competitor announcements are public. The judgement only starts once all of that is on the table.

Orina Intelligence exists to compress the mechanical part so our consultants spend their time on the part that actually needs a person.

How it will work

Four stages, and a person at the gate

Nothing reaches a client automatically. Stage three is a human checkpoint, and it is not optional.

The part we will not automate

Software does not get to advise your business.

Every report will be read, corrected and signed off by a consultant before it goes anywhere near a client. That is a rule, not a launch-phase precaution.

A model can calculate a debt equity ratio perfectly and still miss that the loan was taken from family and carries no real covenant. It can flag falling margin and not know a founder deliberately cut price to hold a customer through a bad year. Context like that is not in the statements, and getting it wrong in a strategy document is worse than being slow. The software finds and organises. The judgement stays with a person, and that person puts their name on it.

Automatic flags, then context Illustrative, not real client data
Debt / equity 2.4 Risk

Loan is from family. No covenant, no call date. Not a risk.

Operating margin -3.1% Risk

Price deliberately held to keep a customer through a bad year.

Debtor days 96 Risk

Genuine. This is the one worth acting on.

Current ratio 1.6 Clear
Model flags overturned by context 0 of 3
