What we do
Seven services. One way of working
Orina provides seven business consulting services to MSMEs, manufacturers, cooperatives and family businesses across Gujarat. Most clients arrive with one problem and discover it is connected to three others. These seven lines are separate engagements but the same method underneath: read the numbers properly, check what is happening outside the company, then say plainly what should be done.
Before you ask
How engagements are priced.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee against a written scope, agreed before any work starts. You know the number and what it buys.
We do not charge a percentage of a subsidy received, a loan sanctioned or a deal closed. Those arrangements quietly push an adviser towards recommending the thing that pays them, which is the opposite of what you are hiring us for.
The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. If the work is not worth what it would cost you, we will say so.

How working with us actually works
It depends entirely on the service. A project report or CMA set is usually two to three weeks. A financial review runs three to four weeks. A full strategy roadmap takes four to six weeks, and implementation support continues beyond that on a quarterly cycle. We give you a date range in writing before you commit.
Both, and the mix depends on the work. Anything involving operations means visiting the site, because a factory floor tells you things a balance sheet will not. Analysis, modelling and review sessions are handled remotely. We travel anywhere in Gujarat as part of an engagement, and further where the work justifies it.

What these services are not
Orina is a business research, education and consulting firm. None of these services include investment advice, legal opinion, statutory audit, tax filing or any form of certification, and we are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser. Where an engagement needs a registered valuer, chartered accountant, company secretary or advocate, we will tell you and work alongside them.
Not sure which one you need?
Most people are not, and it does not matter. Describe the problem in plain language and we will point you at the right starting place.
