Idea and market validation
Whether the demand is real, who else already serves it, and what it would genuinely cost to reach a customer.
What we do
Most clients arrive with one problem and find it connected to three others. Start anywhere.

Many promising businesses struggle not because the idea was wrong, but because the structure underneath it was never properly planned. We work with founders across Gujarat on exactly that: the wrong entity, no view of the cash cycle, a compliance obligation nobody knew existed. That is all decided in the first six months, and it is cheap to get right and expensive to fix.
Who this is for
What is included
Scope is agreed in writing before we start, so there is never a question about what you are paying for.
Whether the demand is real, who else already serves it, and what it would genuinely cost to reach a customer.
How the business makes money, what a unit of it earns, and the volume at which it stops losing.
Proprietorship, partnership, LLP or private limited compared on tax, liability, funding ability and exit, for your specific case.
Every registration you need and the order to obtain them, from incorporation and GST to Udyam, professional tax and sector licences.
Three-year projections with a working capital plan and the month you actually run out of money if nothing changes.
What to fund from your own capital, what a bank will realistically lend a new business, and which schemes a startup can access.
A dated list of every return, filing and renewal for the first two years, so nothing is discovered through a penalty.
First customers, pricing, channel and the first ninety days written down as actions.
How it runs
We pressure-test the idea before you spend money on it. Sometimes the most valuable outcome of this stage is being told not to proceed.
Entity, ownership and capital structure chosen for where the business is going, not only where it starts.
Business plan, projections, funding route and a compliance calendar.
Registration sequence coordinated, with filings signed by the appropriate professional.
First ninety days planned as specific actions with owners and dates.
Quarterly review against the plan for the first year, when course correction is still cheap.
What you receive
Everything in writing, with assumptions and sources stated so you or your CA can check the working.
Straight answers
That is the best time. Almost everything expensive about a startup gets decided in the first few months: the entity, the capital structure, the pricing, the first hires. Fixing any of those later costs many times what getting them right would have cost.
We prepare the documentation, decide the structure with you and coordinate the whole sequence. The incorporation filing itself is signed and submitted by a company secretary or chartered accountant, because that is what the law requires. We work with them directly so you are not managing three parties.
Yes. It is the single most useful thing we can do for a founder, and it is also the least popular. If the numbers do not support the business we will show you why rather than write an encouraging report and take the fee.
Strategy work assumes an operating business with history to analyse. Startup consultation deals with the period before that history exists, where the questions are about structure and validation rather than improvement.
